Position Summary: DISA Global Solutions is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to develop and nurture client relationships while driving new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a consultative sales approach strong B2B experience and a passion for providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs.

Essential functions responsibilities:

  • Establish and build longterm relationships with DISA clientele and prospective buyers.
  • Understand and assess customers business objectives strategies and requirements to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop compelling proposals negotiate terms and successfully close new business deals.
  • Meet with prospective clients to present DISA services outlining costs and competitive advantages.
  • Provide detailed account planning sales forecasting and effective communication with the internal team and customers.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities to crosssell additional services.
  • Represent DISA at industry trade shows and networking events to promote service offerings.
  • Educate prospects and clients on DISAs comprehensive range of services and products.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and sales opportunities simultaneously.
  • Other duties as assigned

Key Skills & Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Outside B2B sales experience with a consultative selling approach.
  • Strong written verbal and presentation skills.
  • A true hunter mentality when identifying developing and signing new business is critical
  • Highly selfmotivated and target driven.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information.

Travel: 5 to 10 days per year.

Training Schedule: (In Office) Monday Friday 7:00 am 4:00 pm or 8:00 am5:00 pm CST 6 Weeks)

Work Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00 am 5:00 pm CST
