Your 20 working hours will be filled with ...
- Providing reception services at our Ulm office.
- Handling facility management tasks.
- Serving as the primary contact for employees guests and suppliers (visitor management).
- Coordinating catering for meetings and events.
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages (post management).
- Overseeing safetyatwork procedures for all German offices (remote support).
