This is a Parttime position!
What you bring to SBHG:
Masters degree in family/child counseling development or psychology social services or professional counseling or related social science field.
Four 4 years direct service experience with the mentally ill children adolescents and/or adults depending on setting preferred.
T BBS licensed MFT LCSW LPCC PsyD or PhD
2 yearspost licensure experience with ability to provide Clinical Supervision to registered interns/associates and/or practicum students in Behavioral Services or Psychology related fields preferred
Valid CA Drivers License
Meets agency driver eligibility criteria
BLS CPR/First Aid
Two 2 years supervisory experience in a health care setting preferred.
How you will make a difference:
This position has primary responsibility for directing and oversight of the staff who provide mental health and support services to clients and their families. The Clinical Supervisor may have their own caseload in addition to oversight responsibilities. They act as a liaison with external agencies and functions on teams with other clinical and support position participates in the planning implementation monitoring and revision of the clinical treatment program. The Clinical Supervisor represents the agency to county agencies and the meet with clients provide direct care and treatment and may be involved in the client grievance process. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for facility position has the responsibility of and provides direct clinical supervision of BBS licensed staff insuring services are in accordance to BBS standards and signsoff on BBS hours.
Division/Program Overview:
Valley Stars Full Service Partnership is for adults ages 18 to 59 and provides mental health services and linkage support to community services.
Services are provided in the office inhome or in community locations.
Services for adults include:
Individual and family counseling
Group Counseling
Psychiatric care
Medication management
Crisis intervention services
Intense case management
Housing and vocational support
Independent living skills training
