In this role you are the interface between the business functional areas and the IT side of our production Oracle system while working with users at all levels within the business.

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Investigating and deploying new Oracle functionality for applicability to the business requirements.
- Consulting with business users on possible improvement strategies regarding Oracle.
- Ensuring that enhancement requests from the business are optimized for the organization globally and the solutions become part of the Global Oracle design.
- Evaluating enhancement requests business objectives ROI alternatives etc
- Gathering and preparing the functional requirement specifications for enhancement projects work flow definitions and deliverables (Stage Gate process RFC process IT Project Database)
- Implementing approved business process and systems improvement projects.
- Preparing support documentation for new functionality and enhancements.
- Training and mentor users as required in functional/ business process areas.
- Assist the Busyness System Group on business helpdesk and Oracle data maintenance.
- Maintaining contact with other locations/ companies using Oracle in order to learn and improve the business environment.

For This Role You Will Need:
- University degree
- Proficiency in English language (verbal and written)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel Word and PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- 12 years experience in a similar role
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle SAP)
- Knowledge of another European language
