Our client an established specialty contractor in the Nashville market seeks an experienced Division 10/12 Project Manager to join their team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to advance your career with a stable growthoriented organization.
POSITION OVERVIEW: Lead and manage Division 10 (Specialties) and Division 12 (Furnishings) projects for a respected commercial contractor. This role combines project leadership client relations and operational excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee multiple commercial construction projects Manage project budgets and schedules Lead project teams and coordinate with subcontractors Ensure quality control and safety standards Build and maintain strong client relationships Drive project profitability and efficiency
IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS: Proven experience managing Division 10/12 projects Strong commercial construction background Excellence in project planning and Team leadership capabilities Strong financial and budget management skills Superior communication abilities
