VOTRE FUTURE CONTRIBUTION
Dans ce contexte vous intgrerez la Direction Juridique au sein du dpartement General Secretary & Risk.
Rattach(e) au responsable juridique des activits Fusions/Acquisitions M&A Legal vous aurez pour missions principalesde:
Participer lensemble des oprations de cession dacquisition ou de restructuration des entits du Groupe AXA sur le plan juridique;
Participer la prparation et la mise en uvre de ces oprations en support dautres quipes dAXA GO (notamment Procurement M&A et Corporate Finance) et en coordination avec les quipes oprationnelles et juridiques des filiales trangres;
Analyser les contrats dachats (notamment software/IT) dAXA GO et leur impact sur les oprations prcites;
Participer le cas chant la mise en place de data room virtuelles (VDR);
Vous dvelopperez:
Vos comptences en droit commercial droit des contrats et en droit des socits dans un environnement financier et informatique international;
Vos connaissances sur le fonctionnement dun grand groupe dassurances international cot la Bourse de Paris;
Vos connaissances en matire de solutions innovantes;
Vos relations avec des collgues et consultants situs dans tous les pays et rgions dimplantation du Groupe AXA notamment en Europe en Asie et en Amrique.

Le droit commercial le droit des contrats la droit rglementaire et le droit des socits sous un angle international;
Travailler en quipe dans un environnement international et connect;

Formation: M2 Droit commercial international Droit des contrats Droit des affaires Magistre Droit des affaires etc.
Comptences comportementales / Soft skills :
Excellentes qualits relationnelles: bon esprit dquipe adaptabilit et ouverture desprit;
Disposition travailler dans un environnement multiculturel avec des interlocuteurs situs en France et dans le monde;

Comptences techniques / Hard skills :
Bonne connaissance du droit commercial droit des contrats et du droit des socits;
Trs bonnes qualits rdactionnelles;
Bonne expression orale: capacit dvelopper un argumentaire.
Langues: Anglais (trs bonnes connaissances) et Franais courant (la plupart des documents seront rdigs et rdiger en anglais)
Outils informatiques:
Office 365 Microsoft Teams Excel un plus
