Position Overview:
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Licensed Mental Health Clinician to provide traumainformed culturally competent mental health services to youth (ages 1018 and families referred by Tarrant County Juvenile Services. Services are delivered in the familys home focusing on strengthening family functioning improving communication and addressing mental health and life skill deficits. The clinician collaborates with probation officers and other service providers to ensure culturally and linguistically appropriate care.

Qualifications:
- Education: Masters degree in Counseling Social Work Psychology or related field.
- Licensure: Active Texas license (LPC LCSW LMFT or equivalent) in good standing.
- Experience:
- Providing traumainformed therapy to youth and families.
- Working with juvenile justice populations.
- Technical Skills:
- Fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
- Knowledge of evidencebased interventions (e.g. CBT traumafocused therapies).
- Soft Skills: Cultural competency empathy crisis management and teamwork.
- Additional Requirements:
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Must pass required criminal background and child abuse registry checks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of youth and families in Spanish.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidencebased interventions.
- Provide individual family and group therapy sessions in the home.
- Deliver crisis intervention as needed including 24/7 access for emergencies.
- Collaborate with probation officers families and other service providers for case management and discharge planning.
- Link families to community resources and aftercare services.
- Maintain timely accurate clinical documentation and submit required reports (progress notes discharge summaries).
- Participate in joint meetings with Tarrant County Juvenile Services and families.
- Collect and report outcome data as required by the contract.
- Adhere to all legal ethical and professional standards including confidentiality and mandated reporting.
