Were looking for a Senior Designer to join our awardwinning Design Systems squad in London. Youll be embedded in the team that imagines builds and maintains the system that empowers all of design and engineering at Wise to deliver at scale.
Your mission:
Youll be part of the team that owns and evolves the Design System used by 90 product teams at Wise with a specific focus on Product Systems. Youll be able to dig in and solve for challenges that our product teams and global audience face across a range of different areas in the business. Youll create simple easytouse building blocks that make up a multitude of different experiences that impacts 16 million users from a diverse range of backgrounds across the globe.
What youll be doing:
Youll build strong relationships with product teams and develop a deep understanding of our system subscribers needs using those insights to inform and influence design decisions at scale. Youll focus on connecting experiences across products ensuring the system supports cohesive endtoend journeys.
Youll apply and evolve your craft through close collaboration helping others grow by sharing knowledge and contributing to highquality consistent design practices.
Youll contribute to shaping direction and priorities within your team championing customercentricity creativity and high design standards in everything you do.

About you:
Lead through doing. You bring clarity to complex problems and contribute directly to accessible coherent solutions that scalegrounded in real product design experience and a deep understanding of how to unify experiences across products.
Systems thinker. Youve applied systems thinking in practice identifying shared patterns behaviours and content to bring product experiences together at scaledriving consistency without introducing unnecessary rigidity.
Craft meets strategy. You balance polish with purpose using design decisions to support both user needs and business goalswhether at the product level or system scale.
Advanced Figma skills. Youve built and maintained scalable systems in Figma that are flexible maintainable and engineered to translate smoothly into codestrengthening the connection between design and development across platforms.
Inclusive by design. You embed accessibility from the start designing for a wide range of needsnot as an afterthought but as a core part of the process.
