Job Description
VALCO is a leader in commercial poultry egg and swine production equipment. VALCO specializes in worldfamous commercial poultry watering and feeding systems as well as ventilation feed storage nesting equipment and rodent and wildlife management. With offices in Pennsylvania and Ohio we pride ourselves on manufacturing high quality products in the USA and supporting our local communities through stewardship efforts and volunteer hours.
We are currently looking for FullTime Machine Operators in the New Holland PA facility. The position is first shift Monday through Friday. Pay starts at $18 per hour dependent on experience.

Benefits offered:
- Starting at to $18.00/hr dependent upon experience
- PTO eligibility after 90 days

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Set up and operate production machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
- Adjust machine setting to complete tasks according to specifications in a timely manner
- Complete required logs and tracking cards
- Ensuring that machine is maintained for highest level of productivity
- Performing inprocess inspection on components being produced
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and diagrams
- Consulting lead person for assistance if uncertain how to proceed
- Ensuring proper housekeeping and safety of designated production area
Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods up to 810 hours per shift
- Lifting of up to 50 lbs. periodically
- Possess basic math skills
- Ability to work independently with moderate supervision
- Basic English language skills
