Overview
Flyover is looking for a Project Manager Marketing to join our team. This role is focused on driving the successful of marketing initiatives by managing timelines workflows and crossfunctional collaboration. As a key member of the Revenue Operations team the Project Manager will ensure campaigns and creative assets are delivered on time on budget and aligned with business objectives. This highly organized and detailoriented professional will streamline processes coordinate with internal teams and external partners and play a central role in bringing Flyovers brand and marketing efforts to life across all channels.
What is the compensation for this role
The wage is 60k65kCAD annually and a full breakdown of perks and benefits will be discussed during the interview prrocess.
What will you do in this job
- Lead and manage crossfunctional marketing projects from concept through ensuring ontime delivery aligned with strategic goals
- Develop and maintain project timelines workback schedules and task workflows using Asana optimizing team capacity and workload
- Coordinate the development and of creative assets across channelsdigital print web and inmarketfor campaigns promotions and film changeovers
- Support paid media by collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners on creative development approvals and trafficking
- Serve as the primary liaison between Revenue Operations geography based sales/marketing teams and creative vendors ensuring clear communication and efficient project flow
- Monitor project performance provide regular updates and support creative optimizations based on reporting and campaign results
- Assist with budget tracking and invoice management for the Marketing Operations team
- Other duties and projects as assigned

What skills and experience do you need for this job
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business Administration or a related field is required
- A Project Management certification (e.g. PMP CAPM or Agile/Scrum certification) is an asset but not required
Ideal Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management ideally within marketing creative services or advertising
- Experience within the hospitality tourism or attractions sector is strongly preferred
- Expertise in project management platforms (e.g. Asana Trello and familiarity with marketing tools and timelines
- Strong organizational communication and problemsolving skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Experience working crossfunctionally with creatives marketers and external vendors
- Detailoriented proactive and driven by process improvement
