Job Purpose and Summary:
Fortune 5 CVS Health has a dynamic opportunity for a data and analytics professional to join our dedicated Asset Protection Team focusing on both the Front Store & Pharmacy business. In this role you will lead asset protection program analytics that will focus on key data/metrics to reduce product loss and improve overall Front Store and Pharmacy profitability for the enterprise. You will support our field & partner with corporate team with reporting and provide imperative metrics needed for field .
Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:
The Manager for Asset Protection analytics applications will be responsible for leading all Analytics & Insights initiatives related to the thirdparty analytics ecosystem. This includes the exceptionbased reporting tool store visit and audit case management security inventory field alignment and other CRM based data collection tools. The leader in this role will have overall project management responsibility for the enhancement roadmap with each of the respective solution providers. This role will also support the Asset Protection Analytics & Insights Center of Excellence development standards pillar and manage development of all required SOWs for each vendor with the AP team business team owner. This role will work closely with the AP Analytics Program Analytics Lead the AP Analytics Data Operations Lead & will support the Asset Protection Central Operations team the Asset Protection Merch Innovation team the Asset Protection Central Investigations team and the Asset Protection field organization at large.

This position requires the combination of investigative curiosity and leadership skills technical reporting skills business acumen and the ability to work as a collaborative member in a team environment. The ideal candidate is a detailed orientated selfmotivated individual who can work autonomously and manage multiple tasks in parallel.
Minimum 5 years of related work experience
Minimum 3 years experience in data analysis and/or investigations using exception based reporting tools
Minimum 3 years manipulating large data sets to support planned analyses using SQL excel and similar tools
SQL Relational Database Modeling Exception Based Reporting tools Case Management and AP Audit tools
Preferred Qualifications
Degree related to data analytics finance mathematics or other data related fields preferred
Education:
Bachelors Degree preferred or equivalent experience
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$82940.00 $182549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual fulltime salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience education geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus commission or shortterm incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the companys equity award program.
