What Youll Do
- Keep things moving by managing work orders labour invoicing and reporting
- Handle maintenance docs reporting and cost tracking like a pro
- Coordinate with planners vendors and supply teams to keep equipment running
- Ensure the smooth flow of materials work packs and fleet info across regions
- Contribute to a safetyfirst culture and compliance with all procedures
What You Bring
- Admin experience ideally in heavy industry or mining
- Strong Excel & ERP/CMMS system skills
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking ability
- A proactive mindset and solid communication skills
- Detaildriven deadlineoriented and ready to tackle challenges headon
