The Compensation Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing designing and administering employer
compensation programs. These programs include base pay long and shortterm incentives spot bonuses
commissions and stock options that align with the companys objectives for recruiting retention and
employee engagement.
Responsibilities
Strategically analyze and design innovative compensation programs that effectively align with the
overall objectives and mission of the company fostering a highperformance culture.
Administer an array of competitive compensation programs including base salaries performancebased
incentives bonuses commissions and stock options to attract and retain top talent.
Develop and communicate transparent pay structures and grades ensuring clarity and consistency
while managing compensation budgets effectively to drive organizational success.
Establish and maintain comprehensive compensation guidelines to promote fairness and equity across
all levels of the organization enhancing employee trust and morale.
Advise and collaborate with managers on best practices for making informed pay decisions that
support employee engagement motivation and retention.
Ensure strict compliance with internal compensation policies and external regulatory requirements
while guiding budgetary adherence to maximize the effectiveness of compensation expenditures.
Conduct thorough job evaluations and create detailed accurate job descriptions to clearly define roles
and responsibilities and support effective talent management.
Maintain an organized job architecture that facilitates career progression and development
opportunities for employees aligning with organizational objectives.
Participate in industryleading compensation surveys to benchmark against market data ensuring our
compensation packages remain competitive and attractive to prospective candidates.
Conduct indepth research and analysis on market competitiveness pay equity and emerging
compensation trends to continually enhance our compensation strategy and maintain our position as
an employer of choice.
Demonstrate excellent guest service to internal team members and patients.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration Finance or a related field.
4 years of proven experience in data analytics and strategy
Proven experience in compensation analysis and program administration.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey compensation structures and guidelines.
Proficiency in compensation software and tools.
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to compensation.
Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
Ensure accuracy in compensation data and program administration.
Clearly articulate compensation structures and guidelines to stakeholders.
Address and resolve compensationrelated issues effectively.
ADP and Tableau experience is a plus.
Workday experience is required.
Stay updated on compensation trends and market competitiveness.
Ability to work independently in a fastpaced crossfunctional environment.
Physical Demands
Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force
frequently or constantly to lift carry push pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion.
Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists hands and/or fingers. The worker must have close
visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing;
viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading. Ability to lift to 15 lbs. independently not to exceed
50 lbs. without help.
