To learn more about our company please visit our website at Behavioral Health Tech is part of the WCHealth transitional housing program which provides residential support for individuals with cooccurring disorders.

Essential Functions:

Monitor program members and provide daily shift reports.
Daily reminders regarding medications and appointments.
Checking residents in/out of the property.
Conduct urinalysis and breathalyze program members.
Observe and submit incident reports as necessary.
Assist program members with meal preparation.
Create a daily cleaning schedule for program members.
Conduct property and room checks.
Communicate with the case management and treatment team regarding updates and changes of behavior.
Attends and participates in weekly meetings regarding quality improvement.

Position Type: Fulltime

Work Environment:

This position works in an outpatient mental care facility.
There will be frequent interaction with persons who are mentally ill disabled elderly and emotionally upset.

Physical Demands:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to speak and hear sufficiently to communicate effectively by phone or in person at normal volumes.
The employees vision must be adequate to read correspondence computer screens forms etc.
The position requires good manual dexterity.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or GED

Must be able to pass a drug and background check.
