Our client an established and growing commercial interior systems contractor seeks a dynamic Sales/Estimator to join their team. This employeeowned organization is known for excellence in the commercial construction sector and maintains a culture where team members thrive.
POSITION OVERVIEW: The ideal candidate will combine commercial drywall expertise with strong estimating capabilities to drive business growth while maintaining exceptional client relationships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and present comprehensive project estimates
Lead sales initiatives and client presentations
Analyze blueprints and technical specifications
Provide technical guidance to project stakeholders
Manage contract negotiations
Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven commercial drywall construction experience
Proficiency in Quick Bid and OnScreen Takeoff software
Strong analytical and estimation skills
Excellence in written and verbal communication
Demonstrated relationshipbuilding abilities
Detailoriented project management capabilities
Understanding of drywall/ceiling industry methods and materials
