- Manage and train an operations crew
- Assist Operation Manager
- Ensure procedures and policies are followed
- Recognize and implement process improvements
- Share goals to be the premier lawn care company in the area
- Apply fertilizers control and insect control to lawns according to schedule safety procedures and label instructions
- Identification of pests cultural problems and the proper use of select products
- Effectively communicate with customers regarding treatment and recommendations for services
- Maintain vehicle and equipment through cleanliness safety and general maintenance
- Being a key team member in helping to keep production running efficiently
- A Structural Pesticide License is preferred
- Agronomy and Horticulture knowledge
- Desire to be a part of a fastgrowing company with lots of opportunities to grow professionally
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as math skills
- Ability to listen and learn quickly
- Positive attitude with a strong desire to succeed
- Proven success in being selfmotivated and working with little or no supervision
- Industry experience and/or education is helpful but not required
- Physically able to consistently lift 50 lbs and work in strenuous situations
- Willingness to work in all types of weather
- Clean Texas Driving Record and criminal background
- Must be able to pass drug screening
