Collects and enters patient data generating birth and fetal death certificates assisting patients in obtaining copies of vital documents and generating related daily and monthly reports for various departments. Ensures that data entered is clean accurate and reliable. Maintains professional written/oral communication skills establishing excellent rapport with hospital staff patients physicians and management at all times.*Limited Term 26 Weeks
Job Description:
EDUCATION:
- HS Diploma: High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
- 1 year recent relevant experience.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Knowledge of english language w/ written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational skills with ability to prioritize problem solve and meet deadlines.
- Interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic math skills demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail.
- Basic keyboarding and computer skills.
- Ability to gather data to complete reports on a timely basis.

Pay Range is $28.68 to $35.84 / hourThe salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidates experience education skills licensure and certifications department equity training and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.
