CCDS pays competitively and provides an excellent benefits Country Day School is seeking a fulltime school nurse or nurse practitioner to help promote a healthy school environment and support the schools health and safety plans across its three with students care illnesses and injuriesEducates students families and employees about communicable diseases and ways to prevent their spreadInstitutes Ohio Department of Health guidelines for control of communicable diseasesExecutes school health procedures and policiesMaintains student health dataConducts ageappropriate required health screenings and notifies parents when referral for further evaluation is necessaryDispenses prescription medication according to physicians orders. Dispenses overthecounter medication according to standing orders with parent permission.
