About the Role
Were seeking an Apprentice Electrician to join our Smithfield Board Plant. This is a fulltime permanent role on a day shift 6am 2pm Monday Thursday and early finish Friday at to the Maintenance Supervisor youll play a role in keeping our plant running smoothly and safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Working under the supervision of qualified Electricians to complete routine maintenance tasks.
- Attending TAFE and completing coursework to complete your apprenticeship.
- Strong safety mindset and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing.

- Ready to begin your apprenticeship and no experience required.
- Previous work experience in any industry or field is preferred.
- Mechanically minded and interested in handson tasks.
- Passion for your trade and willingness to learn.
- A proactive attitude and commitment to safety.
