Were looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
Attention to detail will be required when dealing with accounts and clear communication needed when liaising with stakeholders & team members.
Experience of commercial business in the UK and understanding of Policy documentation/Premium allocations and taxes.
Develop and maintain good working relationships with the stakeholders within the business using excellent communication skills
Demonstrate commitment to providing the highest level of service to clients/brokers
Have a positive approach even during challenging periods of change
Recognise work priorities and organise time effectively raise any potential delays and ensure team are performing at their best
Proficient use of Microsoft Excel with the ability to use VLookups/Pivots/formulae on a daily basis without guidance
Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Outlook Word PowerPoint Teams

What will your essential responsibilities include
Lead motivate and develop a highperforming team of UAs working on policy management and data entry for our Energy Underwriting business
Conduct performance reviews provide regular feedback and address employee concerns.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Identify and address training needs within the team.
Monitor team performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance address challenges and share best practices.
Actively participate in the daytoday tasks performed by team members
Ensure the timely and accurate completion of all team deliverables.
Identify and resolve operational issues and escalate concerns as needed.
Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements.
Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
Build and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders
