1. Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Bachelors degree in food and nutrition ordietetics.
2. Current registered membership in the American Dietetic Association.
years of therapeutic dietetic experience in a geriatric or longterm care setting.
4. Knowledge of diet therapy menu planning food serving and preparation techniques.
5. Ability to communicate effectively with residents families and medical nursing and food service
staff members.
6. Ability to safely perform essential functions of the job without harm to self or others with or without reasonable accommodations
