Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience working with crossfunctional teams to optimize IT processes and improve efficiency.
- 01 years of experience in Process Analyst preferably in the IT industry.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices.
- Experience with process modelling tools (e.g. Visio BPMN).
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Excel).
- Project management experience
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure Google Cloud).
