Curious how businesses turn clicks into booked appointments without lifting a finger This remote position gives you the tools and training to build those systems from scratchno degree sales skills or prior experience necessary. Youll learn how to create conversion workflows that help digital businesses follow up automatically and book more calls all while working independently from anywhere.

About the Role
As a Conversion Systems Trainee youll be responsible for setting up simple but powerful automation tools. These tools track leads send reminder messages and schedule followups without anyone having to manually chase down prospects. Its not a marketing strategy or design roleits all about the behindthescenes build.
If youre detailoriented and prefer tech that works in the background this is a strong entry point into digital marketing infrastructure.
Key Tasks
Assemble Automated Lead Flows
Set up forms and landing pages that collect user info
Connect those pages to calendar links and followup messaging tools
Customize logic to handle different behaviors (e.g. booked ghosted canceled)
Maintain CRM Organization
Apply tags and segment contacts based on where they are in the conversion process
Create workflows that adjust based on user behavior without manual input
Ensure leads are routed efficiently to the next stage in the funnel
Test and Troubleshoot
Walk through systems as a test lead to check timing and trigger accuracy
Fix problems like misfired automations delays or incorrect tags
Duplicate proven systems for different client types or offers
