Key Responsibilities: Lead daily operations across front and back of house to ensure seamless guest service and efficient work flow. Recruit train and mentor staff fostering a culture of accountability hospitality and continuous improvement. Monitor and analyze financial reports to manage labor inventory food costs and operational budgets effectively. Oversee and ensure compliance with health safety and labor regulations. Drive marketing initiatives and promotional events. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in a restaurant. Strong leadership communication and organizational skills. Proven ability to manage budgets and financial reporting. Knowledge of food safety standards and local regulations. Bending squatting stooping for cleaning activities throughout the shift. Climbing on step stools for cleaning projects as needed.
