Job Description

A regional Am 200 law firm is seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to join its Birmingham Alabama office. This position is within the firms growing Litigation Practice Group and requires 46 years of litigation experience. The preferred candidate will have a strong background in handling medical negligence cases.

Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school

  • Licensed and in good standing with the Alabama State Bar (or ability to obtain admission)

  • 46 years of litigation experience with a focus on medical negligence preferred

  • Excellent legal research writing and analytical skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
