The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location work experience education licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range:
$45000.00 $67400.00Purpose Statement: To ensure the quality and reliability of Plexus products by meticulously operating troubleshooting and maintaining test equipment. Through collaborative problemsolving and continuous learning strive to maintain efficient testing processes identify and resolve product defects and ultimately contribute to exceeding customer expectations and supporting Plexuss commitment to quality.
Work Shift: This position is to support our 2nd shift which is Monday thru Friday from 2pm to 10pm.
Key Job Accountabilities:
- Develops / executes Manufacturing solutions / Provide services that are highquality costappropriate and satisfy the customers requirements while establishing an area of technical specialty (indiscipline) and applies process improvement or troubleshooting as it applies to their role.
- Utilizes appropriate tools to perform necessary work including creation analysis and verification of documentation programs models processes or production as it applies to their role.
- Demonstrates an intermediate disciplinespecific understanding of how they support the full Plexus Manufacturing processes / Product Requirements & Specifications / cross discipline OR supplier coordination as it applies to their role.
- Successfully executes responsibilities independently in accordance with good manufacturing practices and Plexus Manufacturing Processes AND provide support to direct production line operators as it applies to their role.
- Comprehensive Understanding of Equipment / Process control / Safety / Risk Awareness / setup awareness / operation of as it applies to their role.
Education/Experience Qualifications:
- A minimum of an Associates degree OR the completion of a Diploma in a discipline related to Electronics / Manufacturing / Engineering or Science
- Minimum One 1 year of related experience is required.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.
