Who We Are Looking For:
The Enterprise Strategy Manager will support Nikes Senior Leadership Team in the development of growth strategies that drive highlevel priorities across key business units markets and Nike Inc. brands. This role will:
Direct & execute analysis and due diligence for new growth opportunities leading to actionable recommendations.
Design and lead strategic projects based on hypotheses and frameworks pushing beyond analytics & research to insight
Catalyze the of actionable plans coming from projects.
Align and lead senior teams through ambiguity in a complex organizational matrix providing project management support to crossfunctional teams including coordinating process milestones and deliverables.
Collaborate with various crossfunctional teams throughout the business to prepare annual and quarterly business reviews and strategic workshops.
What You Will Work On:
The role will support Nikes Senior Leadership Team partnering heavily with Finance Insights & Analytics Corporate Development & other crossfunctional Strategy teams.
Typically requires a Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education experience or training.
5 years of proven experience in corporate strategy management consulting investment banking corporate finance corporate development or business development.
Experience in leading sophisticated strategic projects and proven success in leading a methodical process of analyzing problems gathering information generating options then proposing and acting on a course of action
Consistent track record of pulling together diverse individuals with different goals and facilitate productive discussions
Proficiency in business communication tools and verbal/written storytelling communication to promote conceptual understanding and mobilize change through storytelling
Bias towards action and comfortable working in ambiguous environments and ability to work through complexity & adversity
Superior interpersonal and relationship building skills
