Job Description
Bensalem Township School District is hiring a HVAC Maintenance Specialist. The goal of this position is to support the Districts infrastructure by performing skilled work in the maintenance repair and inspection of HVAC equipment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of five 5 years of experience in commercial/industrial/institutional HVAC installation maintenance service and repair.
- Working knowledge of Direct Digital Control Systems
- Experience with the following equipment: Delta Corel Petra Carrier Metasys Reliable Airedale Climate Master McQuay Aaon Xeotec Annexair Lenox Greenheck Floridian BAC Cleaver Brooks Lochinvar.
- Working knowledge of chillers water towers and boilers
- Experience with soldering duct work repair/manufacturing and
- Formal training and trade school
- EPA Refrigerant Certification
- Valid Drivers License
Hours:
- School Year 9:00 a.m. 5:30p.m.
- Summer 6:00 a.m. 4:40 p.m.
