Carat is looking to add a Manager Paid Social and Search to the team supporting one of its largest clients. Reporting to the Associate Director Digital this clientfacing role is a balance of analytical and executional where you will be a mentor to junior teammates managing and designing projects to meet client goals. This role can be remote. You will be an individual contributor.
You Will:
Monitor report and optimize campaigns to performance goals
Provide insights on campaign and marketplace trends and present these insights to the client
Create and interpret performance reports to provide relevant insights
Build PPC and paid social campaigns; account setup uploading keywords ad creatives and ad extensions strategy and tactical development and organization
Build relationships across PPC and Client Services teams
Support fullfunnel paid social campaigns to align with clients goals across a variety of paid social platforms
Guide client services and client relationships through
Maintain relationships with main paid social partners and vendors to nurture performance growth
Build campaign builds QAs and optimizations
Qualifications
You Have:
2 years of experience (where paid search and social were the predominant part of your responsibilities)
Ability to create QBRs and speak to campaign insights
Comfort managing client communication without hand holding
1 years of experience drawing important analysis from data and making specific recommendations i.e. strategies and recommendations based on data sets

The annual salary range for this position is $51000$83375. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience knowledge skills and other factors permitted by law.
