Job Description
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Engineering Environmental Science or related field.
NEBOSH IGC (or equivalent internationally recognized HSE certification) is mandatory.
HSE experience in the construction sector within the oil and gas industry.
Strong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations and best practices.
Demonstrated experience in PTW systems hazard identification and risk management.
Effective leadership communication and reporting skills.
Must be willing to work on a rotational/sitebased schedule in remote locations.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor the HSE management system (HSEMS) onsite.
Conduct daily site inspections to ensure compliance with HSE policies procedures and standards.
Participate in and lead toolbox talks risk assessments and safety meetings.
Support the development of Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) Permit to Work (PTW) and other sitespecific HSE documents.
Investigate incidents nearmisses and unsafe conditions; recommend corrective/preventive actions.
Maintain records and documentation such as safety reports inspection checklists and audit findings.
Liaise with subcontractors and ensure alignment with the projects HSE expectations.
Conduct induction and refresher HSE training for all site personnel.
Promote a positive safety culture and ensure workforce engagement in HSE programs.
Ensure compliance with environmental protection requirements and waste management procedures.
