Advanced Clinical Practitioner (Band 8a)

Location: Birmingham

Salary:a year

Employment: Permanent (Fulltime or parttime options)

Are you an experienced healthcare professional looking to take the next step in your clinical career We are seeking an Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) to join a new state of the hospital based in West Birmingham.

The Hospital:

Role overview:

As an ACP you will play a crucial role in delivering highquality care working autonomously to assess diagnose and manage patients across various settings. You will contribute to the development of services mentor junior staff and enhance clinical practice through evidencebased approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive assessments and diagnoses for patients
  • Develop and implement effective treatment and management plans
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
  • Supervise and support junior colleagues and trainees
  • Contribute to service development and clinical governance.

Requirements:

  • NMC registered nurse
  • A Masters degree or equivalent qualification in Advanced Clinical Practice
  • Clinical experience in acute or primary care settings
  • Strong decisionmaking leadership and problemsolving skills
