ANNOUNCEMENT OF VACANCIES
Anticipated Openings for the summer of2025
Summer Food Service Programs
The first day of work will beMonday June 2nd. The program will runthroughThursday June 31st.
Tentative work schedule: Monday Thursday
8:30 am1:30 pm or 9am2pm depending on your job assignments.
Five hours per day
*Schedule and hours subject to change
Please be prepared to provide information on any time off you will need
throughout the summer
A Mandatory training session will be held in May. Date to be determined.Attendance is required.
Delivery drivers (no CDL required) $16/Hour
Site Workers $13$16/hour
Site Supervisor $16/Hour
You must be able to lift up to 40lbs repeatedly and be able to be on
your feet for up to five hours
JOB ASSIGNMENTS:
They will consist of food preparation packing loading delivery recording
and/or serving meals to children at one or two different sites throughout the school district.
Those interested in driving delivery vehicles must have a valid Ohio drivers license and a good
driving record. All positions and times are subject to change based on number of meals served
and inclement weather. Everyone operating/working at meal serving sites will be required to
have their own transportation to and from those sites.
AGE REQUIREMENT:
You must be at least 14 years old to apply. If you are under the age of 18
you must provide consent to work from your parent or guardian. This consent should include
a verification of your age. A standard form will be available if you are offered a position. This
form must be completed and returned along with fingerprints before starting work. College
Students and Students that participate in extracurricular activities during the summer should
be prepared to provide a schedule at the time of interview to prevent any conflicts.

CONDUCT:
Each staff member shall remain free of any illegal alcohol or nonprescribed controlled substances in the workplace throughout his/her employment with the District.
Each staff member shall serve as a positive role model figure for students. Each staff member has a responsibility to help instill in students the belief in and practice of ethical principles and democratic values.
All staff will receive training in civil rights health department standards in preparation serving handling and storing of food reporting meal counts and other program related requirements and must be able to lift up to 40 pounds. All fingerprint requirements must be up to date. If you need to be fingerprinted and you cannot be employed until they are cleared.
