As a Banking Book Product Owner Associate in the Firmwide Finance Business Architecture team you will drive largescale infrastructure programs and business process changes. You will collaborate with a team of Product Owners to enhance data quality and reporting automation. Together we will evolve our organization towards a globally consistent and usable data strategy.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product Owners to implement changes outlined in the Book of Work.
- Manage the endtoend software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Interpret change demands and create user stories to enhance data quality.
- Engage with development teams to ensure business needs are met with technical specifications.
- Align delivery of changes with the scheduled deployment plan.
- Work with Lines of Business to strategically source data into a cloudbased architecture.
- Understand data flows and complexities related to Finance and Risk applications.
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
- 3 years of financial services or related experience.
- Exposure to data analysis change management and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Experience in planning and delivering results across multiple teams.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA AWS Databricks SQL.
- Detailoriented organized and strong analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills to partner with managers and stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Office applications especially Excel Word and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
- Experience with cloudbased big data architecture.
- Knowledge of financial and management reporting strategies.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
- Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive approach.
- Experience in program governance and change management practices.
