Job Description

Green Mountain Technology & Career Center is seeking an English Academics Instructor for theschool year. Desired skills and responsibilities of the ELA Instructor include the following: Direct ELA instruction to career and technical education students daily. Collaboration with program instructors on the teaching and assessment of reading and writing skills and concepts. Collaboration with program instructors on the selection and use of program/ industry relevant reading and writing materials. Experience with data analysis. Use of multiple assessments or other measures to generate student candidates will also demonstrate the ability to build strong and supportive relationships with students and the capacity to create positive and inclusive cultures and environments for all learners. If you have a thirst to learn the desire to engage students in handson learning and a passion to prepare students with the skills to succeed in postsecondary education and beyond we encourage you to apply.
