Compensation Benefits & Perks:
- Competitive base salary of $50000$60000 based on experience commission bonus (uncapped earning potential)

What Youll Do:
- Lead studio sales efforts including lead generation followups and closing memberships
- Manage and mentor sales team to hit daily weekly and monthly targets
- Develop and implement local marketing and outreach strategies
- Oversee the entire membership sales pipeline from prospect to onboarding
- Become BODY20 EMS certified to coach members as needed
- Represent the BODY20 brand with passion and professionalism
- Collaborate closely with the Studio Owners and Head Coach to maintain a highperformance highenergy environment
- Demonstrated success in sales ideally within the fitness and/or wellness industries.
- Strong leadership and teambuilding skills
- Experience coordinating and leading marketing events
- Performance driven hate to lose mindset
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable with CRM email marketing and other technologies.
- Available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Organic Social Media Marketing on Meta
