The IT Service Desk Technician is responsible for providing advanced technical support for hardware and software issues escalated by the I.T Support Manager. This role also serves as a key IT resource for desktop and infrastructure projects and occasionally provides firstlevel VIP support. This position is 100 onsiteand includes some field visits to facilities in Southern California.

This role plays a crucial part in desktop and infrastructure projects while occasionally offering firstlevel VIP support. The position is fully onsite and may require field visits to various facilities across Southern California.
