What you bring to SBHG (Qualifications):

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g. Computer Science Information Technology) or equivalent professional experience.
  • Preferred certifications include CompTIA A Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (MS900 or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ900.

Experience:

  • At least two years of handson experience in service desk support.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 support tickets.

Specialized Skills:

  • Strong problemsolving abilities.
  • Proficiency in hardware software and basic network (LAN including WiFi) troubleshooting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Active Directory Windows 10/11 Office 365 SharePoint OneDrive for Business and Windows BitLocker/MBAM.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to provide technical support both inperson and remotely.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service management (ITSM) tools.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
  • Experienced with AV conference room setup and IP Telephony

How you will make a difference (Job Overview):

The IT Service Desk Technician is responsible for providing advanced technical support for hardware and software issues escalated by the I.T Support Manager. This role also serves as a key IT resource for desktop and infrastructure projects and occasionally provides firstlevel VIP support. This position is 100 onsiteand includes some field visits to facilities in Southern California.

The IT Service Desk Technician provides advanced technical support for hardware and software issues escalated by the IT Support Manager. This role plays a crucial part in desktop and infrastructure projects while occasionally offering firstlevel VIP support. The position is fully onsite and may require field visits to various facilities across Southern California.
