Position Overview:

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide perdiem services for a School in Federal Way WA. This role involves assessing and treating students with communication disorders collaborating with educators and families and supporting academic success through individualized therapy plans.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Masters degree in SpeechLanguage Pathology.
  • Licensure/Certifications:
    • Active Washington State SLP license.
    • Current BLS certification.
  • Experience: 1 year of experience in speechlanguage pathology.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in speech/language assessments IEP development and therapy planning.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication patience and ability to work with children and multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations for students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students with articulation fluency voice or language disorders.
  • Collaborate with teachers parents and special education staff to support student progress.
  • Document sessions progress reports and compliance with school/district policies.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
