About the role:
Working in our group home in Bundoora you will provide 2IC support to the House Supervisor through leading and mentoring staff and providing direct client support including support with activities of daily living and developing implementing and monitoring Individual Plans including personal care. You will be confident and supportive in managing behaviours of concern with compassion and intelligence.
In this role you will work to facilitate the delivery of quality services and achieve positive outcomes with and for the clients within the house. You will also be expected to step up to support the House Supervisor and guide and mentor staff where and when required.
The roster splits for this role is 73:30/78:30.
