In this position you will play a key part in creating implementing and overseeing treatment training and related services for our residents. Working as part of an interdisciplinary team you will deliver treatment and training in selfcare socialization and health maintenance according to each persons individual support plan. Additionally you will contribute to improving the living environment by helping to select furniture and equipment as well as assist with purchasing and placing personal items. You will also ensure residents have choices in their daily activities balancing risk with opportunities for their personal growth.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Fulltime employment 40 hours per week
- Work hours are 2nd shift 2:45 PM to 11:15 PM) with a 30minute lunch.
- This position follows a rotating schedule consisting of 7 consecutive workdays followed by 2 days off and then 8 consecutive workdays followed by 4 days off.
- Travel: As needed
- Overtime: Is required
- May change based on operational needs.
- Telework:You will not have the option to telework in this position.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Successful completion of the Aide Trainee program(Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- Six months of paid experience in the care activities and personal guidance of individuals with intellectual disabilities.
Other Requirements:

- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
Legal Requirements:
- A conditional offer of employment will require a medical examination.
- This position falls under the provisions of the Older Adult Protective Services Act.
- Under the Act a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports including but not limited to PA State Police and FBI clearance.
