Under the guidance of the Resident Care Manager and in close collaboration with a diverse healthcare team the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) delivers topnotch nursing care to longterm care residents in addition to providing emotional comfort and support to residents and their families. LPNs in longterm care have the unique opportunity to build deep and lasting relationships with residents/families/caregivers collaborate with a compassionate and knowledgeable interdisciplinary care team and contribute to an overall sense of home for residents.
