Manager Creative Operations mfx

The role

As a Manager Creative Operations youll join the Creative Operations Team working closely with a team of designers art directors copywriters producers as well as crossfunctional stakeholders to plan manage and drive all steps in the project lifecycle for online and offline projects. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining multiple simultaneous projects many of which can be complex in nature making decisions that are based on data and strategy ensuring adherence to project management best practices. This role reports directly into the Director Creative Operations.

The ideal candidate is highly proficient in creative project management with a minimum of 46 years of experience (ideally agency side). The candidate understands consumer insights brand and channel strategy but is foremost a strong endtoend handson project management lead who can navigate complexity across markets and various stakeholder groups.

What youll do

• Creative Project & Production Management: Manage endtoend offline and online projects across different functions and markets from briefing to delivery.
• Prioritize activities across multiple projects at different stages of the project lifecycle and ensure timely feedback and .
• Manage and track time and resource allocation of projects against estimated budgets and timelines.
• Data Reporting & Visualization: Analyze and report on key data to identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
• Governance Management/ Quality Control: manage alignment of activities with brand values and CI guidelines and ensure project governance is adhered to across the entire project lifecycle.

What youll bring

• 46 years experience as a Creative Project Manager agency experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of creative processes across offline and digital channels
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Detailoriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets Jira and Powerpoint/Google Slides.
