Are you an energetic dependable professional with a passion for sales and customer service Lexus of Orlando is seeking a fulltime Internal Sales / BDC Associate to join our highperforming Business Development Center. If youre driven enthusiastic and ready to deliver a worldclass guest experiencewe want to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and accurately to phone and internet sales leads
- Build strong guest relationships that generate appointments and drive conversions
- Use CRM tools to track prospects and ensure consistent followup
- Actively participate in training to build product expertise
- Delivering an exceptional luxurylevel guest experience
Qualifications:
- Dependable team player with a positive cando attitude
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong focus on guest satisfaction and professional presentation
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
