We are looking for a Lobby Ambassador to join our team during the summer season 2025!
A Lobby Ambassador serves as the first point of contact for guests at the lobby providing a warm and inviting experience. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest interactions overseeing the lobby bar and offering welcome drinks to guests upon arrival. The Ambassador assists with guest inquiries maintains the elegance of the lobby and enhances overall guest satisfaction by delivering outstanding hospitality.
Guest Experience & Hospitality:
Warmly greet guests upon arrival and departure ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Provide information about hotel services facilities and local attractions.
Offer guests a complimentary welcome drink as part of the checkin experience.
Assist guests with directions within the hotel such as to restaurants Spa and other hotel facilities.
Escort guests to their rooms or designated areas when necessary.
Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance.
Oversee the lobby bar area ensuring it is wellstocked clean and inviting.
Prepare and serve welcome drinks or beverages to arriving guests or any time needed.
Coordinate with the F&B team to ensure a smooth beverage service in the lobby area.
Ensure the lobby is clean organized and aesthetically appealing at all times.
Monitor the guest traffic in the lobby and offer assistance when needed.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to uphold the highest cleanliness standards.
Address guest inquiries concerns and special requests ensuring prompt resolution.
Act as a liaison between guests and other hotel departments to enhance service delivery.
Assist with guest checkin/checkout when required.
Communication & Coordination:
Communicate effectively with front desk staff bell team concierge and management.
Stay up to date with hotel policies promotions and events.
Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the hotels brand standards.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly approachable and professional demeanor.
Ability to handle guest concerns with patience and problemsolving skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus.
