Job Summary:
We are seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with commercial insurance clients. You will play a critical role in understanding their insurance needs providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their policies are tailored to their requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial insurance clients
- Understand client insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and issues
- Liaise with insurance carriers to obtain quotes and negotiate terms
- Ensure timely renewal of policies and provide recommendations for coverage enhancements
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell and crosssell opportunities
- Stay updated on industry trends regulations and changes in insurance products
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager in the commercial insurance industry
- Previous small to midmarket experience required
- Indepth knowledge of commercial insurance products and coverage options
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and problemsolving abilities
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in insurance management systems and MS Office suite
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) License
