Responsibilities:
- Crafting Memorable Moments: The magic of guest relations and exceptional customer service!
- A Brand Ambassador including gearing up to bring your versatile teamplayer magic to the concierge desk
- Mastering the art of auditing and database wizardry complete with recordkeeping magic!
- Ensuring peace of mind through vigilant safety and security measures
- Swiftly addressing guest inquiries and special requests with tailored solutions
About You:
- Proven track record in a comparable position with flexible weekend availability
- Have full Australian working rights (at least 6 months) and reside in the Perth Metropolitan Area
- Hold a valid Australian (or equivalent) manual drivers licence
- Confident and bubbly personality with an aptitude for hospitable service leadership teamwork and patience
- Strong English writing reading and speaking communication with a bonus for those who are multilingual
- TechSavvy Precision and Confidentiality: Mastering technology with a keen eye for detail and data security
