The Role:

We are looking for a Talent Development Partner to join us to strengthen capability and drive growth within our commercial division. Youll work closely with commercial teams to deliver impactful oneonone coaching engaging group training sessions and support the development of midlevel recruiters through structured programs.

Youll be at the forefront of delivering highquality learning experiences and systems training with some involvement in training design. Beyond training delivery youll play a vital role in onboarding new talent supporting mentoring programs and contributing to key groupwide initiatives including diversity and inclusion industry innovation and strategic talent development projects.

The Team:

Youll be joining a passionate collaborative Talent Development team that thrives on making a real impact. In this role youll be reporting to our Head of Talent Development and working closely alongside another Talent Development Lead and a Talent Development Coordinator but also partner closely with the wider people team. We value fresh ideas open communication and a shared commitment to helping people grow whether thats through innovative learning solutions coaching or strategic development initiatives.

Requirements

  • You have significant experience in learning and development including designing and delivering workshops coaching and partnering with stakeholders.
  • Youve successfully improved performance and retention through innovative and engaging L&D strategies.
  • Youre confident working with senior leaders influencing decisions and aligning learning initiatives with commercial goals.
  • You think strategicallyalways looking ahead to create longterm development solutions that support business growth.
  • Youre highly organised and able to manage multiple crossfunctional training programs with ease.
  • Youre passionate about learning and coaching and love helping others unlock their potential.
  • You stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh creative ideas to learning experiences.
  • Youre confident using data and analytics to measure the impact of development initiatives.
  • Youre a strong communicator and facilitator who can engage and inspire diverse audiences.
  • Youre adaptable and thrive in changealways ready to pivot when the business needs shift.
  • Youre proficient in Microsoft Office tools and familiar with learning management systems.
  • You actively embed diversity equity and inclusion in everything you deliver.

  • Final Stage Interview: A scenario based presentation followed by an opportunity to meet the wider team in person.
