Job Description

Leasing Specialist Greenbriar Estates (York PA)
Starting Salary: $17/hour Commission & Bonus Opportunities
Schedule: Monday Wednesday Friday 9:00 AM 5:00 PM Occasional Saturdays as needed

WPM Real Estate Management is seeking a friendly energetic and serviceoriented Leasing Specialist to join our dynamic team servingGreenbriar Estates in York PA. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a background in sales customer service or marketing who are passionate about helping people find their next home.

As a Leasing Specialist you will play a vital role in creating exceptional experiences for current and prospective residents by identifying their needs planning engaging community events and offering thoughtful solutions. Prior leasing experience and familiarity with Entrata software are preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track phone and walkin traffic; record and report weekly

  • Assist applicants through the leasing process and collect required documentation

  • Maintain marketing materials and update unit availability daily

  • Prepare vacant apartments for movein (minor cleaning and inspections)

  • Support resident retention efforts including planning and participating in community events

  • Visit competitor properties quarterly to stay informed on market trends

  • Help foster positive resident relations and support daytoday property operations

  • Coordinate tours maintenance appointments and resident/vendor communications

  • Assist in planning and executing outreach and marketing events

  • Provide administrative support including forms spreadsheets and correspondence

  • Maintain insurance certificate files and filing systems (digital and physical)

  • Support phone coverage and general office operations as needed

  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Prior leasing and/or sales experience preferred

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Professional demeanor and appearance

  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and multitask effectively

  • Proficient with computers; ability to learn new software quickly

  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

  • Flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings

  • Attention to detail and a strong commitment to excellence
