Job Description

- A registered nurse (RN) with a current license to practice as an RN in the state of New Jersey
- A minimum of two years of experience in home health care longterm care or a related medical field
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with a teamplayer mentality that emphasizes collaboration and support
- Ability to work independently and make clinical assessments and decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients their families and a team of home health aides
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or related software applications
- A valid drivers license reliable transportation and the ability to travel locally
- An acute attention to detail
