Advanced Practitioner NPPA Fellowship Program

• Program is run on an annual basis for 46 fellows training over 4 months running from June 2025 through the end of September/October 2025 working full time with hours divided between time in center and didactic time.
• Mandatory weekly lecture day as well as selflearning.
• Attendance of important fellowship related and Go Health related meetings is mandatory which includes but is not limited to didactics skills lab and monthly Town Halls.
• Clinical shifts for the duration of the fellowship alongside senior preceptors for handson learning as well as skills labs for procedural training.
• The fellowship is broken down into a series of phases each concluding with an evaluation which must be passed successfully to move on to the next phase of the fellowship. Failure to do so may result in dismissal from the fellowship.
• Fellows will be evaluated and monitored by our program directors preceptors faculty and core faculty throughout the duration of the program. Failure to meet the expectations and rigors of the program may result in disciplinary action that includes remediation measures or dismissal from the program.
• Fellows will be expected to float through different centers during their clinical rotations which may require travel into a different regions.
• Fellows are expected to complete their assigned selfstudy materials which includes and is not limited to predidactic learning material online lectures and reading material.
• Fellows are expected to accurately report and maintain a procedure log and exhibit competency with required procedures to successfully complete the program.
• Fellows will also be reviewed based on Go Healths quality metrics and policies which includes and is not limited to Net Promoter Score (NPS) attendance and antibiotic stewardship.
• Fellows entitled to full time employee benefits during their time in program.
• At completion of the fellowship fellow may be offered continued fulltime employment based on the regional and market needs.

• Advanced practitioners may apply no prior experience needed. For Nurse Practitioners preferred RN experience working in the Emergency Room /Urgent Care. Physicians Assistants preferred experience as an EMT/Paramedic or clinical rotations in the Emergency Room/Urgent Care.
• Fellows are expected to have active CT and DEA license plus ACLS and BLS certification upon hire.
• In addition to application applicants are required to submit a personal statement discussing their interest in the field of urgent care and why they are interested in a fellowship program
• 2 letters of recommendation also required at time of application can be from employment supervisor program advisors professors preceptors
• Once applications and personal statements are reviewed candidates will be selected by directors first for screening call with TA team to discuss job specifics and benefits then those with continued interest will be scheduled with interviews with the fellowship director
