Position Summary
The Licensing Analyst role is responsible for a wide range of functions to ensure CVS facilities have the required licenses to allow for uninterrupted and compliant operations for front store business role will support our front store business segments by applying for new and relocation licenses. The primary business line categories they will be supporting is front store alcohol business and primary care. These categories will require enhanced skills and Licensing Analyst works in a highvolume fastpaced environment engaging cross functionally with various internal departments and field personnel as well as interfacing with external agencies to renew and maintain required licenses and ensures the successful completion of licensing tasks. The Licensing Analyst may also provide support and guidance across multiple workstreams to ensure new and relocation licensing projects are getting completed in an efficient and timely manner.

  • Process and see to completion of the new and relocation licensure for front store alcohol business and primary care on a timely basis. Includes correspondence with agencies regarding license information and requirements as well as close coordination with other internal legal and business teams.
  • Applications and communications may occur electronically on paper through large and small group meetings telephone and through various guideline documents reporting and databases.
  • Supports Associate Manager with project tracking and updates on progress on new and relocation licensure.
  • Perform other duties as requested by licensing team management.
  • Database maintenance of licensing efforts and relevant information.
  • Maintain onsite and electronic license files and supply copies upon request.
  • Monthly Budget Reporting
  • Provide support to other Coordinators


Required Qualifications

  • Required intermediate skills in MS Office Products including Excel.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to set work priorities for multiple tasks.
  • Interpretative reasoning ability and commitment to work excellence.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and efficiently resolve issues and interact with all levels of management.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Proven project management skills Ability to perform in a high volume fast paced environment and manage multitask urgent assignments in addition to managing day to day duties.
  • Possess excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to initiate efforts to improve operational efficiencies streamline procedures and achieve set goals.
  • Commitment to excellence in work. Results oriented. Job satisfaction derived from ability to make department process efficiently.
  • Three or more years of experience working in a legal licensing healthcare or other highly regulated environment.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$21.10 $44.99

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual fulltime salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience education geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus commission or shortterm incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
